ChefConf '21 Event Branding and 360 Campaigns

ChefConf is where the greatest DevOps and DevSecOps minds meet. The event allows the Chef community and DevOps professionals to dive into the latest innovations and practices, including infrastructure management, cloud security, continuous delivery, compliance automation, and product roadmaps.

With COVID canceling all in-person events in 2021, a rebranding was needed to take the conference online. The updated logo now reflected the entirely online event, along with the addition of brackets as the brandmark to allow for the playful use of imagery throughout the new theme, “Cooking Up Awesome.”

The project also included a new website, themed digital marketing assets, presentations, online gamification, digital collateral and sales materials, swag, and more, making the year’s virtual event a smash hit, despite the obstacles with moving Chef’s largest conference to being an entirely digital experience.
